This method has a high percent chance of working ... but does require buying/renting the tool. However ... start first with a penetrating oil and let it sit for a while. Other ways if you do not want to go the impact hammer route ... but somewhat similar: Put your Torx bit into the bolt head and give it some sharp raps with a hammer. Sort of like the impact hammer this shocks the bolt in the threaded seat and hopefully breaks the corrosion. If you end up stripping the torx head then things get more complicated .... may have to cut a clean slot with an angle grinder and use a slotted screwhead. Sometimes if the bolt head sticks out far enough from the surface you can get a pair of vice grips on it to get a lot of leverage on the bolt. Good luck ... since this can be real frustrating getting the corroded bolt out!

Diesel engines do not have a firing order. They run off of compression and not spark.

POSSIBLY A BROKEN PARKING PAWL . SEE YOUR LOCAL DEALER OR TRANSMISSION SHOP

First I would check the fluid level. Second I would check to be sure that the shift cable/linkage is not bound or separated. Chock the wheels and have someone step on the brake while the engine is off and shift the transmission while a second person views the side of the transmission from below. Make sure the linkage is functioning. I would need further details from that point.

Check your IDM relay "injector driver module" aka FICM also check all of your fuses in the Underhood fuse box .. there is a 10amp fuse in there tht if bad can cause a no buzz no start situation!!!

What is the vehicle specifically? Jerking when letting off during hard or mild acceleration could indicate a problem with an engine or trans mount. More severe cases its indicative of a loose, worn, damaged drive shaft or pinion. If front wheel drive car, lean toward engine mounts. But to clarify again, we need details of your situation to help more effectively.

Dependant on your model specifics, either two or one tank assembly, the tanks themselves will have a sending unit inside. You can replace just the pumps for less but you MUST exercise care when removing reinstalling and cleaning. The orig sending unit can be brittle. The plastic parts to specify. If just trying to get a truck running, start with the rear tank, and if you cannot save the tank straps you can ratchet strap the tank to the frame to make it mobile. DONT DROP THE TANK OR LET IT HANG. While under the truck lean the back side of the tank off first and it will give access to the connections you need to remove to drop the tank

I think you need to replace the front fuel pump it has a bad check valve in it. Check with Ford there is a tech bulletin written for these and they have a modified part for repair. I hope this helps, Take care. If you have more questions for me use testimonial and it will show up in my email. Thanks

Have you check for trouble code? Is you security light on?

Ford Cars &... | Answered on Feb 15, 2019

It should be accessible from under the windshield, beneath the cowl panel grille only, on the passenger side (USA vehicle left hand drive). It is in a protected area and is about the size of an old car radio.
