you could have grease or oil on the belt or on 1 of the pulleys,

the speedometer does not use a fuse, it uses a gear driven cable, it it has failed you either have a broken cable or a stripped gear at the transmission or the cluster is bad

they shouldnt need to pull it out of the explorer, its located on the side of the transmission and is not hard to get to, the sensor is held in with 1 bolt and pops right out

Left: 63 lb-ft
Right:LHT 63 lb-ft or 45 lb-ft if using 6485 socket extension
Camshaft bearing cap bolt: (E/MWM)
Step 1: 53 lb-in

for this problem, start from the wiring of the stereo
usually, color RED is the wire from battery that connect to RED wire of stereo. Yellow also comes from battery but it goes to Yellow wire of the stereo for the purpose of time, timer,clock, dimmer etc.

If you do not have a blown fuse. Look at this link and it will tell you what size fuse goes where. If you are missing a fuse you can replace it with the right size fuse. I do not see cigarette lighter on the list.
