Intermittent 10-359 Heat Roll Control Thermistor and 10-368 Pressure Roll Thermistor Failure fault codes. The RAPs have been followed with no resolution. Thermistor resistance checks were good and the thermistors were replaced. Fuser module PJ 700 pins were not bent.
The inboard Plug 700A is mounted in a metal plate that was bent, not allowing Plug and Jack to mate properly causing intermittent failures. P 700B (PL 8.5) is mounted on the fuser, J 700A is mounted on the Rear of the processor.
Remove the inboard Plug 700A from the rear of the machine and the metal mounting plate. Ensure the plate and Plug are not bowed or bent, reform or repair as necessary. If unable to repair, order part # 913W2310.
