Minolta dialta copier DI520, code reads C-0210
For that you have to open copier back cover then you can see fuser unit.
You need to clean and do some servicing on fuser unit Also clean sensor then reconnect fuser assembely then check.
Also make sure there is not any paper jam clean dust and ink from all parts try with another toner cartridge.
Then check.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using FixYa.
I have the problem in my copier the error is
Have you had the developer and drum replaced? Need to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure and make sure the counters where cleared. Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST. IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum.

ERROR CODE C0210
Below the drum is assy. that houses two very fine gold plated wires that do two things since the paper goes between these two wires and the drum the first is transfers the image on to the paper from the drum, the second one prevent the paper from sticking to the drum. One is or both are bad, BROKEN? Remove the assy. and replace both. They are very fine and fragile do not lose the springs. If that does not work you might have bad ends on the assy. after a while the plastic breakdowns and allow the voltage to go to ground. The wire carry around 2000 volts during the copy process. None during power off :) Open close the front door resets the code. if need new wire chk this web site
