To fix misalign and paper jam problem, follow this steps.

Load one or two sheets of unused plain white full-size paper into the document feeder tray, and then press Start Copy Black to pull the pages through the automatic document feeder. The plain paper releases and absorbs residue from the rollers and separator pad.
NOTE: If the automatic document feeder does not pick up the plain paper, try cleaning the front roller. Wipe the roller with a soft lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water.

If the problem persists, or the automatic document feeder does not pick up the plain paper, clean the rollers and separator pad manually.

Follow the steps below to clean the rollers or separator pad.

1.Lift the cover of the automatic document feeder. This allows access to the rollers and the separator pad.
2.Lightly dampen a clean, lint-free cloth with distilled water, then squeeze any excess liquid from the cloth.
3.Use the damp cloth to wipe any residue off of the rollers or the separator pad.
4.Close the cover of the automatic document feeder.
This should solve the problem. Cheers!

How to solve paper jam problem in samsung scx 4300 printer

This is the problem with the paper feed mechanism. make sure nothing obstructs the paper path. also, check the feed roller - this is the rubber thingy that picks up the paper, make sure it is clean and not gummy.

if the paper does not enter the printer squarely, then the printout will be crooked. if it is severely misaligned, the you will have a paper jam.

OR

the fuser gets too hot which causes problems with the paper or the toner.

hope this helps..

Paper is loading crooked and causing a jam

Sounds like there is something that has fallen into the paper feed path. Shutdown printer, unplug power from back of printer, and remove paper. With a flashlight, inspect the area around the paper feed roller for any debris (one time I found a penny lodged on the left side of the roller) that might have fell inside path and for damage to rubber wheels. Ink can build up on rubber wheels causing the paper to misalign. This can be cleaned off with q-tips and 91% Isopropal Alcohol or Dilute. If debris is found and cleaned then reload paper into feed path, make sure paper guide tab is in position against paper source. Plug printer power back in, turn on printer and push the paper feed button. If that doesn't fix problem the only other solution is the replace the paper feed roller or buy another printer. Let me know if this fixes the problem or if you find another issue. Have a Nice Day!

Paper jamming in printer. Pulling one side before the other causing it to jam... Brand new, bought Sunday

Answer:
Fixing a printer paper jam
When working with any printer it's inevitable that you'll encounter a paper jam. Below are the steps you'll want to follow when this occurs.
1.Turn off the printer.
2.Inspect the location or tray the printed paper ejects to. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it.*
3.Remove all paper trays and any paper that may be stuck between the tray and the printer. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it.*
4.Open the printer door that allows you access to the printer ink cartridges or toner and look for any stuck paper. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it.*
5.Turn the printer back on. If you continue to receive a printer jam error try repeating the above steps again. If issue still persist and you see no paper that is stuck in the printer it's likely your printer is experiencing another hardware issue and we suggest contacting the printer manufacturer for additional assistance and/or repair.
* To manually remove paper pull on the paper with both hands being careful not to tear the paper while pulling it. If you're unable to get to an edge of the paper that allows you to pull it you may need to manually rotate the gears that feed the paper through the printer.
Preventing a printer paper jam
As mentioned earlier it is inevitable that you will encounter at least one paper jam during the life of your printer. However, if you're encountering frequent paper jams following the below steps can help prevent paper jams from occurring.
•If your printer has a paper tray do not fill the tray to capacity. If you're encountering frequent paper jams reduce the amount of paper you place in the tray each time it is filled.
•Make sure you or the tray feeding the paper into the printer is aligned properly and/or the slider used to hold the paper in place in the tray is snug with the paper. Many printers have sliders that allow different types and sizes of paper to be fed into the printer. If the slider is not properly positioned it can cause paper jams.
•Use standard office paper; folded paper, paper with labels, and specialty paper such as hard bound paper can often cause paper jams. If you're uncertain with what type of paper you should use with your printer your printer documentation will list the types of paper compatible with your printer.
•Do not mix the types of paper you're feeding into the printer at one time. If you need to change the type of paper or size of paper being used removed any other paper currently in the printer before inserting the new paper.
•Examine the printer for any previous stuck paper in the printer. Previous paper jams, torn paper, printing labels or other foreign objects in the printer can cause reoccurring printer jams.

I replaced ink and paper..paper keeps jamming when printing and copying. after the replaced inl and paper, i was able to print with no problem however without warning iunable to print or copy without...

1. Turn the printer off and open the access cover.
2. Look for any obstructions in the paper path and remove them if necessary. (It is possible to move the carrier assembly with the power off.)
3. Turn the printer on, load some paper, and press the Form Feed button. (On the X83, press the Select button.)
4. Watch the paper as it feeds through and try to determine where the jam is occurring.
5. Check to see if all the rollers are turning.

If all the rollers are turning, there may be something in the feed path that you can't see. Go to step 6.
If not, there is probably a feed motor or a gear problem and the printer may require service.
6. If the paper is jamming under the carrier assembly, you may be able to fix it using the manual feed slot.
7. Turn the printer off.
8. Take a #10 envelope and feed it through the left side of the manual feed slot until it comes right through the printer to the back of the exit rollers.
9. Move it up and down first, and then slowly move it over to the right side. If something is stuck under the black guide plate, this may work it loose.

Panasonic FP-7750 will not feed paper through machine correctly

Look where you remove the last jamed piece of paper closest to the fixing unit. Dose it jame when you make one copy? If it dose jam in the same place, I would have to say the problem is in the fixing unit. Look, in the unit for any pieces of paer jamed and remove them. Also, is it only happen with one paper tray and not the other. If so make sure you haze the tray and paper are set correctly.... Really need some more info.
