Start printing again after a paperjam - HP Deskjet 2360 InkJet Printer

Sometimes the Paperjam can cause the print heads to mis-align. Pull out the cartridges, turn the printer off. wait 2 mins or so, turn the printer back on, replace the cartridges and try again. Try restarting the printer

its a mechanical problem ...
check the rollers of the printer ..and the paper pick mechanism ..maybe it can't caught the paper in the tray that why it display an error of jammed..

try to clean and oil the print head sharf. and clean the miler strip. this is the plastick pease with the black lins on. at the back of the print head carige

Normal 0 I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this way, saving costly repairs.

check there is no any paaper jam in fuser assembly.

unplug it..both cables..wait around 1 min..try it again. got backup?

Sounds like the pick up rollers are worn or dirty.
You can try to clean them with alcohol.
When you pull the tray out the rollers
should be towards the front of the printer.

Please tell us what machine do you really have:
Is it a mfc 420cn or a mfc 5460cn?

Did you have a paperjam before getting the error?
This might be due to the paperjam.

Ill try to give you some more help but need more info...
