why my windows media burn list isn't burning a cd

Just a thought.. Grab the upper-right corner of the screen and wiggle it back and forth, like you do when you open it. If the screen blinks on and off, it could be that the screen is cracked from twisting it each time you open the laptop, or the ribbon cable could have a break in it.

Everything I see on this model indicates that it does not have an integrated webcam, so I am assuming you are trying to install an add-on webcam. Most are USB. The webcam should have been accompanied with a driver disk that contains drivers and applications for installation. Install the driver disk and run the SETUP.EXE file if the installer does not automatically run. Follow the instructions. Many do not want you plug in the webcam until a certain point in the installation. One you have performed the install sequence, the webcam should operate.

Check the control panel in two places:- 1. Pointers to see if you can use the existing driver, it maybe disabled there, or the settings need to be changed. 2. It is possible that the wifi networking where you connect in the Hotel use the same name of you home wifi network!

Try deleting your wifi profiles and reconnect again.

I believe its Parallel ATA (PATA) in that notebook.

Shutdown and then take your hard drive out, connect it to another PC with a USB adapter/cable, and use that other PC's anti-virus (e.g., McAffee) and anti-malware (e.g., malwarebyte) to scan and clean your hardrive. Make sure your hard drive does not overheat during the scan/cleaning process. After cleaning, re-insert hard drive in your laptop and boot.

GPU needs to be re-balled. It is because cooling pad on GPU is not efficient and GPU overheats, melting ball contacts. There are some re-balling services on ebay that will reball GPU and install a more efficient cooling contact on the GPU.

Touchpad settings: right click on the touchpad icon on the Taskbar at the bottom right of the screen. Click on Default button, then Apply, then OK. Re-try. If that doesn't fix, then TouchPad ribbon inside the laptop needs to be replaced.

do you mean resetting the windows to the factory default? If yes, then you should re-install the windows OS via RecoveryDisc (you can create manually when first time load the windows OS) if you don't have the disc, try contact the seller / store you bought it...or simply order the disc online (many website provide it, but you have to pay them)...restore to the factory state is very simple, just boot it with Recovery Disc, follow the instruction, then let the disc do the rest...

It seems that your OS has registry problem. There's are two option to fix this issue. 1) Re-install your Windows with Re-partition your drives (In that case you have to take backup of your all data.) 2) Start PC in safe mode and download a Reginout and run its all features to make your PC perfect.
