Brushes are mounted on the motor at the opposite to the belt pulley. A bit fiddly to get at but can be removed without removing the motor itself. Brushes are not the only reason for no spin of course. An easy way to check brushes is to use a simple multimeter and check continuity between the brush connector and the commutatir

make sure the hoses,s r in the rite place or remove the hot hose and let it heat the water from cold if that dosent fix it the thermostat my b faulty

sounds like the water pressure switch is misreading the water level cycle and refilling and washing over and over? or u could have a bad control board?

Is the door fully closed or has some debris got into the mechanism.is the child lick on?try resetting the machine by switching off power at socket, then whilst holding the start button for five seconds whilst you switch it back on at socket.door solenoid should cluck once and the key sign should disappear.hope this is of help.

Hi. The most common reason for your problem is because the door interlock is faulty. The interlock (see below) is what prevents the door from opening during operation It probably needs to be replaced. Good luck. Nomess

sometimes a bad thermal shut off will cause the blinking lights and then agin maybe a bad control board

F12s low water pressure, normally either te taps stuck or the fill hose is kinked/blocked

Error code F13 indicaters dryer fan or dryer thermistor faulty.
These are to be be found in the top of the washer on top of the heater manifold.
To access them remove top cover.

Disconnect from mains. Remove rear panel and water will probably come out. This water is being flung by the fan onto the heater hence tripping the electric. cause of water being here is a blockage in the condenser stopping flow into water chamber or possibly but unlikely, failure of the pump

Fit new timer switch to avoid heating if you bypass it it will go flat out and burn out the element.

There is a small thermostat button ontop of the Heater mechanism which has tripped . It has either a red dot or blue dot ontop. Use a pin or opened up paper clip and push through the red wax. It will go click and it is reset. . It sometimes trips out with a F code which normally trips the machine off because it thinks the Heater unit is on fire. There is a small disk which costs about £15 to buy which you can change. You will need HEX screwdriver set to change and open up the Heater matrisx to clean the fluff off the element.

The dryer fan or dryer thermistor (thermostat) is faulty.
If the fan is working, then replace the thermistor, or check for broken wire.

check that your skin pipe is not blocked....happend to me with different make washer.....kept tripping when it came to spin.....skin pipes were clogged with hard oil/grease soon as a clean the pipe it was fine

Is it still under warranty? I've read that these machines are better left at the retailer...

Try unplugging the unit for a few minutes. Then plug back in.

f05 say pump blocked or pressure switch fault. whereas f11 say pump cannot be activated... so either an open circuit pump or fauty pcb..
