Washing Machines - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

The F24 error indicates the water temperature sensor is not reading the expected temperature. This could be caused by a problem with the water temperature sensor, the heating element, the wiring or the control board. First unplug the washer and check that all of the wires are correctly connected. Next check the resistance across the temperature sensor; it should be 9.7K Ohms at room temperature. If this reading is not close to 10K Ohms, replace the sensor.

Next check the heating element and that the wiring has continuity between the sensor and the control board. (You're checking for breaks in the wires.) Replace any damaged parts. If these parts are okay, then the control board has to be replaced.

Please add a comment with the model of the Spors Duet washer if you'd like me to try to find a parts diagram or price list for the unit.
I hope this helps.

i don't know. i just repaired a top load with same symptoms.
I found the pin on lid did not quite reach the 'CLOSED SWITCH'. finger on lid was plastic so i had to lift lid and raise pressure switch by wrapping a ribbon of sheet aluminum around it so plastic lid pin could reach it. do not
cheat this safety switch as it shuts off spin so folks won't loose their arm. DO NOT BY PASS THIS SAFETY SWITCH.
