create siren noise. But in that case check engine light may come up.
The very first step you would be taking is to check the

No power signal on dasn board
I have the same problem and it is caused by the previous owners horrible stereo install. do you get dash signals without headlights on? thats the way mine is. if its out all the time, its either a cut or loose wire or a blown fuse. good luck
Honda civic eg8 ,no spark in distrubitor
so the wires from the dist. cap to the plugs are ran wrong? best way to get it right is to lay them out shortest to longest and go from there. Or is it an electronic dist. and its powered and ran from the wiring harness and ecu? because in that case, if you put in an aftermarket piece, you may need to flash over the ecu or get a piggy back so it and the dist. can talk to each other. hope that helps some.

My 1995 honda civic has no spark until i turn off the ignition
Hi Joe, Two things I would check that are very common, the igniter inside the distributor, and the main relay up under the dash on the drivers side. The main relay is a small brown box about the size of a half stick of butter, I believe it has an 8 pin connector. Here is a quick check on the main relay. when you turn the ignition on, usually you will hear a hum for 4 sec and then click off, if you don't hear the hum and click, 99.9% sure it's the main relay, if you hear it, it's probably the igniter. Let me know if that helps, thanks.Eddie,www.simple-car-answers.com
Window Cranks
Unless you can find something to fill in the gap, you will need to replace the window regulator which includes the post for the handle.Sometimes you can use a piece of metal to act as a shim.
