Abs unit problem, wheel sensors were good. Is it possible that the unit is broken.

did you read the FSM on topic? most abs cant be fixed at home, there are no scan tools at home. go to honda. go to alldata.com and read the ABS pages, (FSM is better) the free ones are here. http://hondatech.info/downloads/Auto/Manuals/Civic/ no symptoms even stated. only a , is it possible (which is always yes) you do know that bad brakes can cause the ABS to fault right? that be first. not last. Example: you scan ABS it tells you , right rear wheel sensor acts funny, you find a bad brake part there. rusted lever.... or? sticking shoes, or ebrake sticking on one side (rust) or vastly more possibles... we take it all apart and make that all perfect (sp. lube and all) even a bad wheel bearing,,,,

1995 honda civic failed emissions (GA), what needs to be replaced?

Usually changing the spark plugs, air filter and an oil change will fix your problems. If your oil is old, you can get the high carbon. I don't usually change the spark plug wires and I just take the distributor cap off and clean the contacts.

Engine turns over, won't start, no fire at plugs

What are you wondering is correct. Let check the coil first. if coil is good the there is a problem with the ignition module. If the ignition module is good then a problem with the crankshaft sensor. The coil can be checked by measure resistance of the terminals of the primary coil and secondary coil separately to see if it open. To check if it can generate a spark, once you identify the primary coil terminal, run 12 V wire to these terminal, connect a spark plug to the secondary coil, by just leaving a spark plug with connected with spark plug wire and let it touch the engine chassis. Now you have to make pulses at the 12 volts connection by making a break and connection several time to turn it on and off to generate the spark at spark plug. The ignition module is supposed to do what you are doing now to generate the spark. If it is bad, it can't do what you did then a spark is not generated. For the crankshaft sensor, only the shop can tell you it is bad or not. Good luck.

I was fixing putting a deck in and the ignition

you have blown the fuse or fuse. check the fuse box in the car and in the engine bay. 1995 model has a main line fuse in the little fuse box in engine bay. if it did this from the radio the radio fuse will have blown as well.

I HAVE A 93 HONDA CIVIC EX VTEC AND IT HAS A D16A6

I do know that there is a main relay in the car that plays an important role in the car starting/running. I have changed many distributors, thinking that they were deffective. When turns out that relay was Intermittently working causing the car to run one day and not the Next. I do know that heat is a factor because if my car windows were left up and it was burning hot inside the car it wouldn't start, but once it cooled down it would start. Sounds like yours is just completely dead. It costs like $80.00 for the relay but and acura/honda repair shop should have them stocked.... Notoriously known for similar issues your having due to deffective MAIN RELAY

sounds like a power steering issue. They whine when the fluid is low. Check your fluid level. If it is low, you have a power steering leak. If its not that, describe the sound a little more and I'll try again.
