Hey, Take your care to an good battery shop, have then check the alternator output.. sound like there is an issue of charging ... or there is a major drain on the battery.. either way, they will be able to help you.

(In my opinion: needs a little integrity and / or a brain)... Your can get "FREE" reads to get the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) pulled out of your On Board Diagnostic System... Don't buy anything... ESPECIALLY not Oxygen sensors... just get the codes READ-OUT... Come back here... I can help you with the drivers door. Simply put a screwdriver in the hole between outer door edge and lock mechanism. Push mechanism towards inside of door. The reverse of what happened when you accidentally locked the mechanism. I have done the same thing

If you have no reverse, you have a problem. Try changing the trans filter and fluid. While the trans pan is off for filter change, add a bottle of Lucas trans conditioner to the pan before reinstalling the pan. Refill with correct fluid to correct level. That's your cheapest bet. Trans needs service every 60,000 miles

Sorry Danielle but your vehicle does not have electronic throttle control . Your best bet take it to a qualified repair shop that knows your vehicle better then you .

The 2002 lexus es 300 has the 3.0L engine, which is non-interference. The later lexus es 330 has the 3.3L engine, which is an interference engine. The even later es350 has the 3.5 engine and is back to non-interference as well as having a timing chain rather than a belt. Hope this helps.

The flexible accordion hose that connects the MAF to the throttle body might have a small crack in it. They are sometimes hard to see, especially if in the accordion folds or underneath. Starting off or going uphill will result in enough torque to lift one side of the engine enough to open the crack and cause hesitation.

I think you can have a head gasket leak and not get coolant in your oil. You may be getting enough in there that it's causing that cylinder to not fire and give a rough idle.

You may think that there is a connection problem of the headlights to chassis ground,check the wire connetions and lightning relays
