What does the flashing o/d off mean in a 95 lexus es 300 mean?
that could possibly be a transmission issue that you're experiencing. mine did the o/d flashing and took it to a mechanic seems like my 4th gear was almost about done. i would recommend you turn o/d off and take it to a transmission specialist so they can make sure your tranny is fine first. if the tranny is fine then i wouldn't know what else would be the issue.

What causes water to leak into the interior after rain?
Are you saying the water reappeared while the car was still in the garage? Hope this is not true, as that would most likely be related to the heater core or plumbing, but I thought all that was on the passenger side. If you mean after putting the car back outside and in more rain, possible cowl vent tube leak, windshield leak, or door vents at bottom edge blocked with debris.
I have an issue with my windows fogging up when I use heat to defrost them.
This is normal if your A/C doesn't work. When set on defrost the A/C kicks on and off to keep the fog from appearing. the fog goes away once the heat inside reaches a certain temperature. Unless the drain is clogged and the plenum is holding water. Do you have ice on the inside? clean the drain. It's on the passenger side, near the bottom of the firewall. A rubber tube coming out, that goes to nothing.
No high beams, even to flash.
You can try this, it worked on a friend of mines ES 300 with the similar problem, Disconnect the wires from the battery clean the terminals on the battery, Now instead of connecting the cables back to the battery connect the cables to each other- While the cables are connected this way make sure that they DO NOT come in contact with ANYTHING metallic on the car. Leave the cables connected this way for at least 20 minutes, then reconnect the cables back to the battery, make sure you have your radio code before you disconnect the battery,
