Today's gas appliances are designed to shut off when combustion problem is detected. For example if burner parts are dirty of clogged, the gas valve continues releasing gas, but not all the gas is burned. This caused potential explosion risk, with unburned gas in the combustion chamber and flueway.Call service tech to clean combustion parts, check pilot or igniter alignment, check gas control valve, and gas pressure, and bleed air out of gas line if needed.Search internet for product manual.
