The only 30 amp under the hood is a fuse link that powers the RWAL (rear wheel anti-lock) relay so just remove the RWAL relay and try it. I hope this helps. Take Care.

First, buy a battery charger and charge the battery overnight. That should fix it, but possibly only temporarily. It may be time to change the battery, they last 5 to 6 years depending on make and how well looked after. If you do change the battery, use a couple of pieces of wire or jump leads to maintain 12 volts in the vehicle electronics as you swap over..

You want a simple answer but there is not one. The ECU looks at many things to determine what (if any) pulse is proper. Any sensor which sends no information or info outside of normal limits can prevent pulse. No info from crank/cam sensor is common issue, Bad EFI fuse or relay can do this. Bad ECU ground or other ground (Fuel rail) can do this. Many sensors can be tested with ohm meter.

Check all other fuses. Before the fuse blew, you can have damaged lots of electronics. Even almost 20 year old cars do have electronics and relays.

I would focus on what's making your car hot.... a bad catalytic converter sounds like what you have...It's before the muffler..It gets clogged up...makes car run a little hotter and harder to start....Google it

I think it unlikely the injector would be an independent cause and would merely be responding to instructions from the management computer. Probably less likely the fault is with the management computer and most likely information being supplied to the computer is defective because of a sensor or wiring defect. If a visual inspection reveals no problem with wiring or connections, it will really be a task for a good scanner, laptop or oscilloscope...

Joe, Kelly Blue Book for a "94 Geo Metro. With average mileage 100,000 plus, and in Fair condition. Is $299-$648. Time o cut your losses and go get you another car. Or head out to the junkyard. A tranny form the yard will probably cost as much as the rig is worth. On the positive side they are reasonably easy to replace and light too. Good luck with this project !!! Jason

On most inline engines the general rule is as follows. Stand with the engine belts and pulleys nearest to you and look across the length of the engine towards the gearbox. 'Number One' cylinder is usually the one nearest to you and numbered away from you towards the transmission housing. On a Geo Tracker that will most likely be the one nearest the grille on the front of the vehicle.
