YES TCC LOCKER IS ELECTRIC BY ECU./ 1 WIRE
THE BOX IS BAD, IMO
BUT FLUIDS AFT ARE NOT LOW?
FILTER IN PAN NOT PACKED.
VACUUM MODULATOR REAR TRANNY NOT BAD.
OR HOSE TO IT FELL OFF, (VACCUM)
TV CABLE NOT RUSTED INSIDE AND STUCK FULLY OUT DELAYING SHIFTS VASTLY
TV ./PASSING GEAR/DETENT CABLE TO BOX.

3: ATF FLUID LOW OR TOO HIGH OR LOOKS LIKE TAR OR SMELLS LIKE SMOKE OR BURNED.
4: FILTER PACKED up or bad and sucking air. to pump.
5: PRESSURE PORT TESTS FAIL.PRNDL tests.
6: VALVES INSIDE THE BOX STICKing .
7: lots and lots more. to fail even bad clutch pack or servo pistons jammed or leaking.
