Check the bulbs, and connections. Also possible bad headlamp switch.

Is it possible that the wrong fluid was added?..Is the cap seal swollen? If so then replace the master and flush the system. You may need to open the caliper bleeder to release pressure.

Check the brake light switch under the dash and check the fuses. Also make sure that both bulbs are not bad.

Check the fuses. You may have shorted one out when replacing the alternator .

If it is one light it may be the bulb or connector. Both lights on one side a wiring problem. Both sides, turn signal or multi function switch or fuse/relays.

Sounds like a major internal problem.

The synchro rings are probably worn.

Possible the multi function switch has bad connections.

Sounds like the bad side needs to have a better ground. Make sure that the car body is grounded to the battery.

What torque did you use on the axle shaft nut? Was the bearing installed in the spindle correctly?

The fill plug for the engine, transmission, power steering, differential ? An owners manual would help. Find one here https://www.manualslib.com/

Sounds like there is a cylinder that is miss firing. Could be a plug or plug wire.

Sounds like something was installed the wrong direction.

Check to see if you have fuel pressure. Spray some starter fluid into the throttle body. If it starts then check the fuel pump system.

You cannot tell how worn a spark plug is without taking it out. I would do an upper intake clean first.
