Hi,try undoing the battery and leave for 30mins and reconnecting the battery and see if it rights itself,worth a try.

This is almost always a bad earth or corroded switch. First clean the two terminals on top of the horn. If that doesn't work, take the switchgear with the horn button off your bike and clean inside where the button touches the metal contact. If it's very corroded you might need to source a good second hand unit.

Cylinoid could be bad which is quick fix. If not check magneto possibly need a new one or sometimes if it has rust on it you can take some sand paper to it...

Hi Henry try draining the carb there is a screw on the very bottom of the float bowl open it there might be some water in the fuel. If this doesn't work the carb needs a clean out. Regards Jim...

Check the gas tank's vent. If it's clogged or dirty it will vapor lock when warm

hello, there are a few ways to find out the value of your bike/car/4x4 etc but there is a site my parents used which I would recommend. it is free, they require by law just a couple of your details and make/model/year of your vehical plus the reg number and you then get the best quote possible. take it to another service dealer as filter do not go out ( block up may be ) the fault codes should have been read first but from what you say it sound s like a guess by the shop

Only one thing can make it do that and that is a fused together faulty starter relay,follow the thick live red wire from the battery it will go to the relay that needs replacing.

does it crank at all , if not then ck and make sure you battery is good , do you have a bad wire, if your wire is long you will always lose volts which is normal , but does it crank over , if not then try jump starting it with a car or something unless you have a good battery charger which will work just as well ,are you getting voltage when you crank it from the other side of the solenoid if not you have a bad solenoid , has to crank or it will never start ,

Prime the carb with some fuel or quick start aerosol spray, might be air lock or fuel is just taking a while to come through vacuum tap.

Sounds like it overheated & seized, when you let it cool down, it started again. Two things to check is the coolant level, if very low then it could be a head gasket or waterpump seal problem. The other is for two stroke oil, check the oil lever & that the two stroke pump is working. Previous owner could have been also running it on a pre-mix of oil & fuel in the tank, ask them about it.

check the regulator the box that holds all the wire if water gets in seal with silicone check first to see if the spark plug is getting current

Check the kill switch on the handle bars I have had them short out and also check the wire from the kill switch to the plug in on the bike. if that is good it maybe the Ing switch has a short. Hope this helps

did you replace the whole indictator assemblies or the bulbs and are they l.e.d indicators you have on it now and was it using l.e.d ones originally
