Help me ok here is my problem i have a canon eos20d digital camera i do my orders online so now my problem is when i order a 8x10 i have to crop the picture and i don't want to i called the lady where i order my pictures and she said that there is a proplem with the size settings on my camera so now where is the size settings and what do i do about the size thing so i don't have to crop my photos

Do you have a card in the camera? Is it formatted? What size card?

Go online to Canon and see if you can order the part directly. The second option is ebay, probably get a better price if available.

Sorry but it seems ***********'s camera doesn't have a "crop" function, at least the manual doesn't have that option listed.

Both cameras are compatible with the EF series lenses

The sensor in most digital SLR cameras has an aspect ratio of 2 to 3. This is based on the aspect ratio of the film used in 35mm film SLRs, which was 24 x 36 mm. This works fine when you print on 4 x 6 paper (a 2 to 3 ratio), but not on 8 x 10 (which is a 4 to 5 ratio). Something has to be cropped in order to fit. You can't change the physical size of the sensor in the camera, so you will have to allow for some cropping if you are going to have your images printed on 8 x 10 paper.
For information, the 8 x 10 size became popular when many portrait photographers used large format 4 x 5 cameras. This obviously can fit perfectly on 8 x 10 paper without cropping.

Personally I would select the highest setting offered. In my case, there are 3, good, best & bestus, or maybe its better. That should give you better results. All blurry can mean other things too, like shooting indoors, at night or similar low light situation. And what happens is: camera select a slow shutter speed in order to give you the right exposure or amount of light. And if its using a slower shutter speed - you have to hold the camera steady, otherwise you'll get blurry shots. which I shoot in low light, I'll find something to lean on or some way to brace myself so that I (hopefully) won't get the "blurs" And using the lcd display (instead of viewfinder) may contribute to the blurs as you generally hold the camera out to arms length to view & shoot which makes it difficult or impossible to hold the camera still/steady in that stance.
