The memory card says card cannot create folder

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. After unprotecting the card, insert it into the camera and format it.

How do i transfer my photos from moto x phone to laptop?

It depends on what software your are using. If you're using the software that came with the camera connect your camera to the computer with the USB cable that came with the camera and use the EOS Utility program.

How to transfer photos on may casio camera to my loptop

The best way to transfer pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa. Organize edit and share your photos

My camera's built in flash is not working and is making crackling sounds..... how do I fix it ?

When you say "crackling sounds" do you mean electrical sounding crackles or something like gears grinding? If it's the first and especially if you smell something electrical then immediately send it back to Canon for repairs. If there's a short in the wiring or capacitor it could melt or worse. If it's more of a mechanical sound it may be debris lodged in the release mechanisim.

How to impose date and time stamp on sony cyer-shot camera

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

Memory Card slot broken?

It sounds like the spring-loaded catch that holds the SD card in is missing, broken, or the spring is too weak. If it's reading the card by just closing the battery door, then the card is making a circuit with the camera's internal contacts, but that is far from ideal, and I would not be surprised if that method caused additional damage in the long run. I recommend you bring it to a reputable camera shop, and see what the cost would be for the repair. I suspect it would be a LOT cheaper than breaking the camera or an internal circuit board by trying to kludge a solution. The parts are probably a few bucks, it's the labor cost that you would end up paying for, but better that than breaking the device.

Is there a way to retrieve photos taken on a canon eos rebel t3 when no memory card was inserted?

I'm afraid not. The camera does not have any memory to store photos. You can take one photo and look at it on the screen to see how the camera works, but this is primarily for demonstration purposes. Shooting without a memory card is like shooting an old film camera without any film loaded. You can go through the motions of taking a picture, but nothing is stored permanently.
