sounds like someone was hanging on the door. i would take top off, then take front off and look at door hinge arrangement on inside of door. check out repairclinic.com, appliancepartspros.com or youtube.com for videos showing how to take door off in a step by step method. good luck.

Jon, I am not 100% sure what you are asking about. However, is the keypad shows 'Ready to Arm' when the door is closed and then shows the front door in fault when you open it, then that is how it is supposed to work. When the system sees a door open or movement, then it shows on the zone in fault on the leypad. If you were to try and set the alarm with the door open, the system can tell you which zone needs to be corrected before you can set it. Usually it is as simple as closing a door or window. When the door is closed and it says that it is ready to arm, you are good to set and leave. Opening the door with the alarm off or on will report on the keypad.

The meaning for ddo error means"Dispenser Drawer Open" .To rectify this problem you should try opening and closing the door shut. There will be a magnet which shows that the door is closed or open.The magnet is underneath the dispenser door, you have to remove the dispenser from the washer, then take apart the dispenser itself to view the magnet. If the magnet is missing you have to replace it.

Replace the door switch.

CH mean any kinds of door is open or not close properly.Please close door properly.right side or front side.it has a connector switch it is open or displace.

If when the door reverses the main light flashes 10 times it is a sensor problem. If not it could be the RPM sensor board which is a small printed circuit board just in front of the motor.

Try to open and closed the front door several times,If the left cover and the front door are closed properly and still showing "close front door" most
probably the internal contact of door switch are not good , door switch replacement is needed

U need to replace the switch called a door ajar switch, it is defective and causing this problem, it is located in the front of the door opening it has a punger that moves in and out as door is open and closed. Here is a photo

On the bottom right-hand side of the washer, there should be a door that contains the drain cleanout. Open the door and in the upper right-hand corner of the opening, there should be the end of a plastic handle. It may barely be showing, so look closely. Pull it down with your fingers or a plyers and your door should release.
