I fixed the problem with no help from your service....as a matter of fact, I mailed the guy back that "helped" me online and heard nothing from him either.
Good thing Im resourceful.......$15 WASTED!

its a lens assembly problem, it might be damaged from impact or may be something like dust is making diffficult for it to work u have to take it ti service

Set up the parameters you want A4 Paper orientation etc then go to profiles in printing prefences and ADD to profile.. delete any others that preced this set of parameters
