Dear fslook,
Try by entering in google KARCHER. Then find the home page. Find where to choose your country, and choose...INTERNATIONAL.
Then press MANUALS........then enter the model.
Now if you do not manage I give you some hints myself.
Always attach gun and water supply before switching on electricity. I advise that you start the machine without a lance first. See that when you close the gun the machine stops. If it does not stop, press quickly the gun again, and then switch off the electricity. If this happens you have a fault.
Now let us say the machine stops as it suppose to do, you can put on the lance. If you have a variable lance change from low to high by holding from the lance and not from the gun.
When you use chemical or detergent see that afterwards you rinse with pure water.
When you finish using machine, NEVER store with pressure in the system!!
Lubricate with silicon grease, connection of "gun hose" to machine.
Never use high pressure on car paint work or more important " not on car tyers"!!
Electricity and water do not go together. So inportant that you have a safety circuit breaker where to plug the machine.
If machine starts jerking when gun is closed or when gun is open, STOP instantly, and give to technician for servicing.
Never leave the machine on and with pressure when you are going somewhere. Always switch off and release pressure.
Regards,
MG.
SOURCE: Karcher/Winner 11 - motor pulses when hose is not operating
Hi, I had the same problem, Replaced the O rings and the rubber seals and cups inside the pressure washer and eventually the hose itself burst. Turns out the hose was leaking, internally between the inner sheath and the outside plastic cover, for quite some time and this caused the pulse. New hose and pressure cleaner is as good as new.
SOURCE: can you use hot water instead of the normal cold
DO NOT USE HOT WATER!!! This machine is rated for cold water, the pump head is made out of plastic, the plastic pump and electric motor are cooled by the cold water that moves through the pump. If you add hot water into the mix there is a good chance that you are going to overheat the unit.
Just using cold water on the grease trap might do the trick, try using a good quality degreaser, I would recommend a product called 8-Ball, this is a great degreaser and should help to solve your problem.
SOURCE: Hi I have a Winner
I have a parts breakdown for this unit in a PDF but they made about 3 different styles of hoses and trigger guns, if you send me a email at [email protected] I can send you the breakdown and you tell me what one you need.
