I dont think that the blower has a fuse just a relay. try replacing it and see if that helps.

Front blower will not turn on -- everything else works.

What voltage checks have you done? It doesn't leave much other than the wiring and I assume you have checked there's a power feed from the fuse which you will have checked? A corroded connector seems likely. Check continuity and voltages through the wiring, and look very carefully at the connectors near the blower for heat damage or corrosion as that's the most likely point of failure

Rear window go down but willnot go back up motor is working cable working in up and down position takes the window down willnot take the window up

it might be the switch but chances are the motor is shorting inside when u are trying to put window up . so you will probably have to replace the motor/regulator assy

98 buick heater stop working

Its faulty blower motor resistor. The low and medium speed on blower motor is controlled by resistor and its actual speed is high. So because resistor is not working, blower motors actual speed which is high is working.

It can be faulty blower motor or faulty blower motor resistor. Get the blower motor inspected. If it's faulty it has to be replaced.

The blower motor willnot run on either air conditioning or heat. all fuses are good unless there is one i don't know about. some times the blower will start if you hit a bump but not always.

Sounds like the terminals are worn out, or have a short. If you can get to the blower motor, try taking off the terminal set, applying some silicon dielectric grease, and putting it back on, making sure the connection is locked down tight. If it cannot be locked tight, try getting a new connector. It could also be a short in the wires going to the fan, or a short inside the fan.

Heat/ac fan willnot turn on

If you have checked the fuses, it could be the blower motor is dead, or the switch is no good. Put a test light on the wire on the motor, and turn your switch on, if there is power, then it's probably your blower motor. If there is no power, it's probably the switch, or a wire.
