Somewhere on your unit there should be a pinhole. On my ten inch it is just to the right of the charger outlet. Open a paper clip and gently press it into that pinhole. That is there to reset the unit in case it hangs. Don't press too hard or you may damage the contact. You should see it shut down and reset. You may lose any data or apps you have.

Hi If your SD card is not recognised there are possibilities: 1. The manual - I'l give the link later in case yours is mislaid - only mentions "Micro SD" up to 32Gb. Sometimes these cards can be the SDHC category and these are not always accepted in devices designed for SD only. They look identical so make sure yours doesn't say SDHC. 2. The file format on the card can be significant. It needs to be a format compatible with the phone. If you have no other data on the card, it might be easiest to see if the phone will format it. 3. Its about 15th down the list and will download direct to your computer. With regard to downloading from nand to SD card, is this essential? If you have a micro USB to normal USB, then you should be able to use a computer to take data from the nand. The nand would show up as a drive in "My Computer". If the camera is a part of the tablet, perhaps you should try to turn the whole tablet? But if you want to switch from the front camera, to the rear camera (or v v) try the camera app, or touch the camera logo o the screen.

If you have a microchip on your unit move some applications or games or large files to the microchip. AlsoDownload CC Cleaner and run it. That will also clean up some space

It would be better to move apps to the SD card. They take up more space.

Hi I got this recently on my Samsung Galaxy. Following my experience with PCs, which need to be rebooted to return to normal mode, I completely powered down the Galaxy. When it rebooted it was in normal mode. Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya Cheers

Try holding the on/off buttom and the volume buttom down at the same time til you get a reading across the screen promote you what to do next. This should reset everything and let you back in. ( make sure you hold both the up and down at the same time on the volume) good luck and i hope this works just about all eletrice have a soft and a hard reset.

my proscan 9 inch android 4.4 will not allow adobe flash player i need flash 11, says my device does not support this. is there any way around this, or should i be returning it.

When you press and hold in the power button it should boot up. If it doesn't the battery might be dead so charge it up and try again. If it doesn't boot up after charging we need more information. Are you getting any kind of a screen or just nothing?
