Check for the reset pin hole on your tablet. Get a paper clip and push it 'gently' in the hole and hold it for thirty seconds. This resets the tablet. Youdon't want to push hard as there is just a tiny button in there that can get dislodged.

There should be a rest set system button , you may have to use a small paper clip unfolded to fit into the area. But that should do it. Good luck

contact wherever you bought it,it will be warranteed as long as you used the proper charger and unplugged it when done charging,but,it sounds to me that you might of used the wrong charger

This tablet is absolutely junk. Just throw it in the trash can.(don't forget to reset it to wipe everything off) And please don't give it to anyone, you might be sued....Haha.... Paul H

Not being able to update any apps simply means either you don't have access to the internet or that your apps update is programmed to function ONLY when you are connected to/through WiFi. second, you can download standalone 'raw' apk files online and install on your tab. Remember to go into your Settings---Security (and under Device administration, check 'Unknown sources' and activate 'allow installation of apps from unknown sources'. Done. This is safe. Someone inputted a security code at some point, no other explanation, of course you are now stuck, you will need to perform a factory reset to overcome this problem.

If you do not have the password I wonder why, someone had to input that when the notebook was set up new, it doesn't just magically appear. In any event you must do a factory reset to overcome a lost password, this will wipe the tablet clean except for the software installed by the factory/manufacturer.

That does not sound good. In your case I would go to manufacture web site for assistance or go their forum and check it out. Clearly you cannot be the only person to have had this problem.

Well, a core application manager software (the one that helps you find and start apps when you click is broken). Please give a description of Tablet make/model(such as Apple iPad 5, Dell...) and OS name (IOS or Android 2.3 or so) This will help direct you appropriately..

Go to apps . then all apps . select net flix and then gap on uninstall

I would check out a company called otterbox. Not sure if they have one to fit that model but if they do it is very durable.

three ways 1. plug tablet into a p.c via a usb cable. and try to access memory of tablet . 2. Use a P.C that also has same drop box setup already and it will auto sync with the drop box if set up properly and you will be able to download the files. this is useful if the file on tablet is huge . I used this method to transfer a video file from a tablet to a computer. 4 if the file is smaller you could log into an web browser email system an email the file in an email attachment to your self.
