If you do not have the password I wonder why, someone had to input that when the notebook was set up new, it doesn't just magically appear. In any event you must do a factory reset to overcome a lost password, this will wipe the tablet clean except for the software installed by the factory/manufacturer.

Someone inputted a security code at some point, no other explanation, of course you are now stuck, you will need to perform a factory reset to overcome this problem.

Please repost with specifics such as brand, model number etc

That does not sound good. In your case I would go to manufacture web site for assistance or go their forum and check it out. Clearly you cannot be the only person to have had this problem.

Go to apps . then all apps . select net flix and then gap on uninstall

three ways 1. plug tablet into a p.c via a usb cable. and try to access memory of tablet . 2. If I uderstand correctly, you mean you have your headphone plugged but SOUND is coming out both from headphon AND speakers? As I understand your plug socket is defective and you should replace it. This may sound easy but it's not so bacause it means disassemble your tablet. It it's on warranty, take it for service. It would be cheaper to buy a new tablet than to replace the cracked screen. The damage could be further than just the screen. This could make it not unlock.
