Cuisinart Microwave Ovens - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support
Cuisinart CMW-100 EVERY THING WORKS BUT DOES NOT MICROWAVE.
Could be the magnetron, I suppose..
Why is my microwave not heating up?
This high voltage powers the magnetron to heat the food. If the diode burns out, the magnetron won't receive enough voltage to operate, preventing the microwave from heating. When the diode fails, it is often visibly burned out. Inspect the diode and if the diode is burned out, replace it.
Test the Magnetron:

The door doesn't open
please follow the instruction and fix it. God bless you
- Open leverCheck your
microwave lever to determine if it is damaged. If it is broken, simply
replace the lever to get your microwave door fully functional again.
- Door springResponsible
for keeping downward pressure on the door hook, the microwave door
spring can begin to malfunction. If this part is broken and prevents you
from opening your microwave door, replacement is necessary.
- Door latchOne reason
your microwave door may not open properly is a broken door latch.
Located inside the microwave, the door latch manipulates the door hook
to keep the door closed for safety and top performance. If broken, the
door could become stuck in the locked position.
- Door hookIf your
microwave door will not release properly, the door hook could be
damaged. Located inside the door, the door hook is made of plastic and
prone to breakage with extended use or age. As this part is unable to be
repaired, the only option is to replace it.
- Button or button springIf
the microwave door will not open, it could be an internal failure of
the button or button spring. If it is determined that either of these
parts is the source, both are replaceable and it is recommended that
they be installed at the same time.
- Handle actuatorIf the
microwave door will not open the plastic handle actuator could be
broken. Connected between the door button and the door latch assembly,
this plastic part could become damaged and brittle over time, which
makes breaking inevitable. If this occurs, replace the handle actuator
to get your microwave fully functional again.

I have the cuisinart 14
Sometimes mating the bowl to the base does not depress the indented safety start button at the front of the base. This can happen more often if you pre-assemble the bowl and lid before mating to the base. Sometimes also the plunger rod in the bowl (that pushes the indented safety button) gets fouled with debris and does not slide nicely up and down. You may have to clean that area.
Test the safety button .... take the bowl off and take a small screwdriver to depress the button while activating the start lever. BE CAREFUL ... since the center drive cylinder will spin. If the motor turns on and drive cylinder rotates then the problem is how the bowl was mated to the base. If the motor does not turn on ... then it could be the motor/wiring/switch.
Helpful?
Good luck with your troubleshooting

I made a lovely soup
Lemon juice is very good at deodourising and a good cleaner.
Rub a lemon on the container to clean it off.
