This problem is very common. The turntable motor is defect or its gear mechanism worn out. You'll need to have the turntable motor unit replaced.

hit power then select the power setting you want to use 1-10 then enter the specific amount of time you want your food cooked for up to 99 min. then hit start you should be good to go =)

It may be overheating due to a clogged vent. moove the vents away from the walls and check they are not blocked. Never try to fix an appliance while it is plugged in.
