this is not an error code, its the startup sequence to your heater. after those numbers have been displayed you have to press the pool on button and set your temperature
Are any of the service lights on on the back-side of the board? There are 4 possible lights that can illuminate...if any are, I need to know which ones please. If not, there is more troubleshooting required. If you would like a copy of the owner's manual which covers all these steps in detail, please send me an email using the contact feature of our site at www.arrowpools.net and I'll reply with a copy of it. IF you have tried to restart the heater and received the same outcome, the r5, or S, is a badk control board. Sorry about that one!
What you may want to try is resetting the heater. You will need to put the SunTouch in the maintenance mode. Then turn off the heater, turn off the Circuit Breaker for the heater, wait about 15 to 20 minutes, then reverse the order. Circuit breaker, then heater, then try and start the heater without the SunTouch first. If it works, then try with the SunTouch.
If you are still seeing the EO1 error code, turn over the display panel and see if there is a RED light next to a set of letters. Whatever the light is next to, that would be the cause of the error code.
