T.cCrown Vic 2004 Brake light on, ABS On, Engine light on, Air Bag light on, turn off ignition and panel lights go off but parking lights stayed on. Took to Ford no code showed up. Picked up car all appeared normal. 10 miles later, brake light on and radio/clock would not come on. After 20 more miles all lights went out and radio/clock came on. After 350 more miles all apears normal...Until?????

cluster panel on my 2004 Chevy isn't working properly.? Not working properly how? Need more info if you want a answer. When you turn the key on does it power up = lights come on -check engine , brake,ABS ,Air bag - all the warning lights etc... An they all go out when the vehicle Starts.

When you turn the key on , do the instrument cluster lights light up ? check engine light , red brake , ABS , air bag etc... No Crank No Start Diagnosis EricTheCarGuy

sounds like you have a faulty ignition switch..have seen this before

Check and see if your alternator is charging
Low voltage will cause those lights to come on, as the computer is shutting down.

To check your alternator you will need a volt meter... WITH the engine running you should have about 14 volts coming out. IF NOT you need to replace the Alternator!

if the air bag stays on that means you have a problem with the air bag system, and you need to have it diagnose, but if you just bought the sedona from a used car dealer they have to fix it, it is part of the safety inspection requred by law
