sounds like a bad fuel pump. its getting enough fuel to start then its starves after it starts

Most likely a worn out key. Maybe a worn out ignition switch.

Tension on the lock. Turn steering wheel side to side, relieve the tension on the lock and remove key.

Does your ABS not work as well. If so it could be your TCU.

hello first thing to check is were the box mounts at the bottom of the door hinge assembly undo the screws you should be able to lift the door enough to release the lock inside goodluck

might have broken timimg belt

test for a spark at the plugs then if a spark check the fuel line pressure ,if neither of these then i suspect the factory fitted immobilisor

what year.ever tune it up,no, then the fuel filter i packed, air filter same.if it is tuned up and newer than 1996 and in USA, (are you)then you can use any scan tool for $7 and read DTC errors.to get power from any engine only takes these things.1: DC power to EFI, a volt meter, proves this is 1min.2: full compression,. 4 readings.3: good spark at all spark plugs, 4 tests.4: good fueling. (tool lean, bog, too rich misfire bog"violent")there are 4 tests.the tune up also cleans the EGR valve /there are other rare failures but the above is the majors.

On most cars the clutch master cylinder is generally mounted to the firewall next to the brake master cylinder, HOWEVER quite a number of manual transmissions have cable operated clutches, and if I remember correctly Subaru was one of them.

There is a drain plug. It is on the Petrol (Gas) tank.

Apart from the fuse box in the engine bay there is a fuse repository behind the coin alcove underneath the boot release. Fuse 3 for the lighter (I think) was blown. I replaced it and now the climate control console responds and the display lights up.

check the egr vaulve it could be full of carbon

Is your 2003 Subaru Outback automatic or manual transmission?If it is automatic, then your transmission sounds like it's malfunctioning into the reverse gear as it is not aligning properly.If it is manual, then your transmission sounds like it may have a bad clutch or bad reverse gear.Either solution is not cheap. Check for a vacuum leak...or have someone check for a leak.

If you have power and ground to the motor it should run.

Bad u-joint.

Could be plug catalytic con.
