push feature key then star zero don't lift handset this is called botton enquiry. this allows u to push any key and the systyem will identify whats on that key and not disrupt phones.

Do you mean how to make it ring when someone calls a specific phone number, or when someone calls the specific extension?

If for a phone number, then you need the line to appear and ring on the phone. Let me know which one you're doing.

It depends. Go into feature 983, default pwd of 1020000 for 3-digit extensions. Go into AA, Table, Table 1, and change the option for the AA to N. If you're using a CCR tree, you'll have to go into Table 1 and disable the tree under Morn CCR and all the CCRs that follow.

to cancel intercom call forward press the call forward key again or feature #4
to cancel a line call forward choose the line and dial *73 or whatever the phone company's cancel call forward code is (may be in phone book)

Night feature at reception set or set that you put night service on go Feature #87. For delete of mailbox Feature 983 enter password which should be 1020000 if 3 digit extension numbers or 120000 if 2 digit extensions. Then press mbox then del enter extension number then press del.

Have you tried (F)**ADMIN ?

What specifically are you trying to do? (F)**CONFIG usually gives access to everything including the lower levels like Admin, Time, etc.

To reset your voice mail password,on press feature 983 the screen should say log:
enter 1020000 (default password) if you have a 3 digit intercom number, 120000 if you have a 2 digit intercom number
the display should say mbox, AA, and othr above the three soft keys
press the mbox soft key
the screen should say add, del, and chng above the soft keys
press the chng soft key
enter in the mailbox number you wish to reset the password on
press ok
the screen should say reset and next above the soft keys
press the reset soft key
press the Rls key
your password should be reset to 0000

If this is a recording, it is from the long distance provider. Did you change long distance companies lately?

Call your long distance company....this is their fault.
