I would try and search on the official companies website that your cameras name brand is and see if the instruction manual is available.

Try the White Balance settings. There are 59 references in the manual. Open the link, Press CTRL+F and type ' white balance ' and scroll through. If that doesn't fix it, it will need service. Question edited for clarity. It is a *lens, not 'lense'. The model is a D3300. When you look at something with your eyes, the field of view is around 35mm, so a lens that covers that is useful. Then at the higher end a 85mm to 210mm zoom cover the higher end. If the charge light comes on when you plug it in to charge then the battery needs to be replaced. Or something inside needs to be repaired If the light does not come on then the charger or its cord may be bad.

There are youtube videos on this type of repair to DSLR cameras and I dont recommend that you try it unless you have incredible talent for small details and a very clean environment.

Not familiar with this particular model, but have you tried removing the lens and seeing whether the aperture closes when you move the control lever ?

• Scroll down and highlight the "Reset All" and then press ok button
• and if it still doesnt work then hold the power button for a minute and then run it on
