Check the power input wiring to be sure it's good (no loose or burned connections or corrosion). However, this is most likely a controller board failure. It may be a bad electrolytic capacitor on the controller board, but I've seen a couple with intermittent faults like this that are impractical to diagnose without internal service documentation. That isn't given to field service techs; they're just told to change the controller module.

Please always include full make model details.
That will be the clock if it is an analogue electric clock.. It needs lubrication.
Or if it has a rotisserie function, the rotisserie motor is running
Or if the dual fuel is pellets, the auger is squeaking.
It is all guesses without make model details, but you get the idea.

The isn't a well known make and seems to be sold on Wayfair, which means it was made in China.
Generic Videos here. It could be narrowed down by adding a model number and removing the words 'range hood'. The best search queries are the shortest ones, simply

The unit is just a motor, a fan and a light, so the only thging that can overheat is the motor which is odd, because the motor is in the airflow. If you can get to the motor, try spinning it by hand and see if it is stiff. Also look at the control board for signs of overheating. You could contact Zephyr and ask them for ideas.
Question edited for clarity and correct model name.
Turn of the gas supply at the rear of the unit. Normally a standing pipe with a lever tap. The lever will be in line with the pipe, turn it 90'. Turn off the electrical power at the isolator box. Call for service. You can't fix these yourself. The only thing you can try is a Power Reset. Cut mains power for 15 minutes and turn it back on.

Most domestic washing machines are built to a standard size regardless of manufacturer. So if a standard machine was removed this machine should fit. The standard height is 85cm and the width is 60cm. The depth can vary depending on the drum size. A bigger capacity machine will stick out further from under the counter top.

All questions on Fixya need 'make model (what is is)' as first 3 words in every question. Or we guess.
My guess is that a dot of Super glue Gel might work. Or if the button has a cracked circular shank a thin band of epoxy putty all around and encircling the stem will work. It is as strong as steel and I have used this technique many times.
Or Google

for a new button or what is behind it.

No reset found in the manual. You can try this and hope it works..
Turn off the circut Breaker to the stove for 5 minutes to see if it resets. Checking around the net I've only found
"Item Discontinued"
The part is no longer sold by the manufacturer.
The manufacturer does not stock any substitute parts to replace this one and therefore, unfortunately, we cannot obtain or recommend a substitution for this part.
We cannot obtain the part through any other means.

Call for service. In the UK only Corgi registered gas technicians are authorised to work on gas stoves. It probably needs a new gas valve, (the part the thermostat operates to). It is not a job for the home DIYer.

No orifice for the oven jet? All work on gas appliances needs to be done by a certified gas technician. Somewhere, normally just behind the knob, there is an adjusting screw (certainly for hobs). The flame must be high enough that it can't blow out. The standard test is the slam the oven door, with your kitchen windows closed and then again with them open. Help in the link, but also the pressure from the tank _at_ the range should be checked.

Send it back and get the correct one. It can't be the same part number if the connections are different. Your old one may have features that his new one doesn't. The one less wire may just be a shared return, but the stove might be needing individual returns. If it is an updated replacement (the listing sometimes says 'compatible with' or 'replaced by', or 'alternative part'), it should come with a wiring schematic.
Please always include full 'make MODEL (what it is)'.
Fixya Expert 'Jorgie the Appliance Guy' will have the answer if it is a shared return but he will need the model number. Edit your post and add it.
