You should be able to find it here: http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Thanks.aspx?id=140. (You can only access via Internet Explorer. Firefox or Chrome will not work).

In the search box select Deskjet 845c and press enter.

There will be a list with four options the first one 11.4mb should be for Win 7 32bit and 11.6 mb should be for Win 7 64bit.

According to this site it should automatically detect the driver. You can uninstall and reinstall it to see if that works.
