My pen drive is only reading data in one computer, its showing data error in when connected to other computer, how can i solve this problem?

This is most likely due to a damaged or dirty female connector on the "data error"'ing computer. Try blowing some compressed air in the slot, or looking inside to see if there is some lint inside; it happened to me with a SD card once.
Try loading the pen drive onto a third computer to exclude the (very unlikely) possibility that the flash drive is borderline faulty (e.g., requires a slightly higher voltage than normal to be read).
