I bought a new kingston traveller pen drive with the locking software, I installed it and after deleted the software unaware, now I can't go into my private partition.

That device uses the standard USB storage driver in Windows. Try the device in a working Windows 7 machine. It will mount or you will see a message about formatting the drive. If it mounts your Vista is corrupted and needs fixing/reloading. If windows 7 wants to reformat the USB device, the USB device is likely corrupted and the data is lost.
