Not enough information and even if you supplied the make and model the chances are even the dealer wouldn't know the answer to your question.

Such is the state of the market hardly anything is sold at the list price and almost every sale is discounted and sales staff have very short memories. Goods are bought in batches and priced depending on quantity discount and distributed across wide areas and the same model available for anything from a few years to more than a decade.

Only premium tools from domestic manufacturers have some of the traceability you are asking for.

I tried to recategorize this question to get it into a more probable area to get a response but found that there just isn't anything suited for this question. I would try some forums that have more specialized and probable answers to this. There's a ton of information if you locate the places that discuss these topics. Or even try ebay, there's a good chance you could find exactly what you need there or even have the question answered by a seller for free. It never hurts to ask nicely.

If it's new, contact the person or company that you purchased it from and get it exchanged!!! If it is used then you need to contact the seller and see if they honor a warranty to fix or replace it. Also, if all else fails, you can replace the laser yourself. BUT it is a dificult process and you could easily damage another componant. I hope thios helps. Hi, I would start with the store where you bought it. Sounds like you got an incomplete unit. If not, they may be able to get a manual out of another unit. Don't see any manuals on line but 1-800-330-0388 is their phone number for customer service. Explain to them the situation and ask for technical services. They should be able to send you a manual and answer any questions you have on the unit. Write them all down before you call them. Hope I have helped. kstfas

Sorry Canon NP 6050 is not networkable. this copier is an analog copier or a plain copier only. if you want a networkable printer/copier you need a digital copier with printer option.
