it a open circuit in the back where the heater unit is.i had the same problem.check your pins that connect to the back it bent a little that what causes a open circuit.good luck

When you put documents in the feeder and you push start do you see 2 black arms swing out to count the number of orignals? If yes, dose the doc tray begin to go down and then jams? If yes, you can try something.... OK, turn the copier off and move the 2 paper guides of the doc tray toward the middle. You need a #2 philip's head screw driver. Remove the 2 silver screws that will be sunk in a bit on the top of the doc tray. Once you remove the screws, remove the top part of the doc tray and you will have one connector toward the front. Unplug it and replug it back in and see if that works, if so return the 2 screws and you should be OK.

Sorry Canon NP 6050 is not networkable. this copier is an analog copier or a plain copier only. if you want a networkable printer/copier you need a digital copier with printer option.

That is a Fuser error, in particular a Fuser feed connector issue. you may need to replace the Fuser Rollers, Bushings and Bearings then go to the service menu and clear the error.
