There could be something blocking the paper path. Try to shake the printer upside down. You'll be amazed of the things that falls off inside the printer. Also, make sure that there's no paper left inside the printer. Tiny pieces of paper will still lead to paper jams.
With a flashlight, look into the throat of the paper feed mechanism. Remove any foreign material. Also, look at the edge of the paper you're trying to get it to accept. If the edge is uneven or the paper is the wrong thickness, problems arise. Located at the far left side of the paper outfeed slot, there is a lever to select between cut paper and envelopes. Position this lever to correspond to the paper you're trying to insert

Important Do not use envelopes with cutouts or cellophane windows. 1 Remove any other paper from the paper tray. 2 Insert one or more envelopes into the right side of the paper tray with the print side down and the envelope flaps on the right, pointing left.
3 Squeeze the paper-width guide and move it to its right-most position up against the envelopes. 4 Leave the paper tray open while the envelopes are loaded.
If you have and it's not printing correctly, there is probably a problem with the document you're trying to print.
Does it feed a length of paper? if so, you may have either the wrong paper, or the paper loaded incorrectly. It needs to be thermal paper, and it will only print on one side, so if you are sure its thermal paper then try turning the paper over and loading it that way.
If it doesnt feed any paper and just makes noise then the problem is probably a broken gear inside the printer. For this you would need to find a place that can repair these terminals.
Front LCD reads error "Check Paper & Retry" When paper is inserted and loaded correctly and machine is reclosed the printer then initializes then reverses the feed of the paper and is ejected and error continues to reappear.
