Start with the paper itself. Make sure it is in the machine properly. Here is a short guide on a few things to check:

1. Remove
the sheets of paper from the feeder.
2. Try to reach for the paper jam.
3. If paper jam can't be reached, open the printer cover to access the cartridge area. You may be able to get a better hold of the paper jam in the cartridge area.
4. Remove the paper jam and make sure not to tear or leave any torn piece of paper in the printer.
When paper jam is clear, try to print
a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.

Leading
cause of paper jams is debris/foreign objects that accidentally fell into the
paper feed area. Please follow steps below to fix the problem:
1. Remove
the sheets of paper from the feeder.
2. Grab a
flashlight and look inside the feeder for any debris or foreign objects.
3. If
you're willing and physically able, you may also turn the printer over. Any
debris should just freely roll out from the feeder.
4. If
feeder is clear, place the printer back on the table, open the printer cover
and remove the cartridges.
5. Check
the cartridge area for any obstructions/debris in the cartridge carrier's path
or the paper path.
6. If
cartridge area is clear, close the cover.
7. Rebrick
(pull out power supply, black box where the power cord is plugged in at the
back of the printer, and put it back after 30 seconds).
8. When the
printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges and load some paper. Try to print
again.

1.
1 Switch off the printer and disconnect the power
supply. Allow any residual charge to fade away before putting your hands or
metal tools inside the chassis.
2.
Step 2 Pin down the exact location of the jam. The
three hot spots for a jam are the paper tray, anywhere between the feed tray
and the print carriage, or between the print carriage and the output tray.
3.
Step 3 Take off the front paper tray if the sheet got
stuck while it was still in the front area of the printer. If the sheet jammed
here, you should be able to see most of the paper.
4.
Step 4 Pull on the sheet with both hands and steady
pressure. Do not tug as you might rip the paper, leaving a chunk of it deeper
in the machine.
5.
Step 5 Open the back panel to reach paper jammed
between the feed tray area and the print carriage of the all-in-one printer.
Carefully remove the jammed paper from the machine.
6.
Step 6 Use the carriage access door to reach a jam
further inside the all-in-one printer. You may need to move the print carriage
out of your way to clear the jam.
Step 7 Return any access panels to their closed and
locked positions. Plug your printer back in and flip the power switch
