If the cover is closed, check the sensor or switch under that door. seems that the cover isnot hitting it.

it is a fiser related error, you need to reset error code servie mode.
* 28* will put you into service mode,
then choose copeir, option, clear, then clear error, highlight that press ok,
then restart machine.
