Check printer cover
If you have an owners manual, I would check there first to find how to solve the problem. If you don't have an owner's manual, you might be able to find one at the printer manufacturer's website in the support section. This is just a shot in the dark and and I would try the owner's manual first, but after all other options have failed, and if there is no "reset" button, you might try unplugging it for a couple of minutes and it should reset itself to factory default settings which might solve the problem. You will loose any settings and any work in progress. You can also Google the name of the printer and the problem to see if any solutions are given in the many tech forums online. Good luck.

Same online, job, alarm (led)
Did you try to print something from the computer?
If yes, then check the paper size under printer properties, and custom paper size (if you are printing on A4 it needs to be set on A4).
Then turn off and on your copier.
If that isnt the case pls. describe the problem from begining with details.

Check printer cover mesage
Open that cover and close it using some force is quick and the costumer can do it also.
The perfect solution for a technician:
The machine detects the opening of the lower door on the left side
(under the manual tray) as a cover open. There is one sensor for paper
jam and cover open. If the lower right door is open, the
photointerruptor is free. If you close the right lower inner door, it is
blocked, and when it is closed, and there is a paper in this section
the sensor is free. Sometimes the edge of lower inner door doesn't makes
the sensor moving, insted of crushes up. Then a little amount of grease
can help you.

print something from the Menu or report (do not make a copy) if it comes w/ the problem. Could be dirty laser glass or toner empty. if it comes normal, It's a dirty dOCUMENT SCANNER.

System error E000.The buttons are
Hello,
this is error related to fixing temperature. If there is no fault in fixing section ( lamp, thermistor, ... ) it can be cleared by service mode.
Press Additional function key ( * ) and # on keybord, by the arrow + go to the #12 CLEAR, press OK and choose ERR and OK.
If the clear can't help You, that means that you need to remove fixing unit, find the faulty component and replace it. It's probably faulty heater lamp.
Hope that helps!
