Pictures print out with way too much yellow and green. I tried changing the amount of yellow, but it didn't work. I use the program Kodak Easy Share to develop my pictures. It has worked until now. I cleaned the printer. I tried changing the yellow ink. I tried default settings to no avail. Help!

Use Canons EZ Photo Print and Canon Papers.
If you do not use thier paper go to your papers website and see what settings to use.
If you use Kodak paper most settings for a Canon printer are for HR101 (Canon Hi Resolution paper).
Could also be the input.
A camera that does not collect the right colors in the Exif program that Canons use to decipher information of a picture.

Camera works fine until i plug it into the printer, at that moment the LCD screen goes off and wont come on again so i can't print any pictures

Normally there is a kodak software you run on the PC and it show you the pics from the camera. Your trying to print directly to the printer without a PC? If so then you would use the printer menu.

UPDATE: Found the 310 user manual online from the Kodak site.

I've had kodak easy share on my computer for years. Recently I tried to access the pictures and got "can not process your request..(error code 9477068x301x94770168x) I have called them &...

Forget easy share, just take out the memory card (SD card) from your camera and buy a SD card reader. Put this memory card in the card reader and plug the card reader in your computer USB. It will work like a normal pen drive and you will find all your pictures inside DCIM folder of your memory card. Copy all pictures in your computer HDD to be on safe side.

All of a sudden my Kodak Easyshare 530 will not transfer pictures to my computer, I have reinstalled software, still does not transfer. Can you help me?

Possible solutions:
Remember you need to turn the camera on when transferring.
Try a different USB outlet
Try a different cable
Try a different computer.
If all fails please contact KODAK in order to arrange a repair or order a new cable. Remember your USB cable is covered under the same warranty as your camera, so remember your serial number when calling:
