Pictures print out with way too much yellow and green. I tried changing the amount of yellow, but it didn't work. I use the program Kodak Easy Share to develop my pictures. It has worked until now. I cleaned the printer. I tried changing the yellow ink. I tried default settings to no avail. Help!

Normally there is a kodak software you run on the PC and it show you the pics from the camera. Your trying to print directly to the printer without a PC? If so then you would use the printer menu.

Try to format your memory card

Forget easy share, just take out the memory card (SD card) from your camera and buy a SD card reader. Put this memory card in the card reader and plug the card reader in your computer USB. It will work like a normal pen drive and you will find all your pictures inside DCIM folder of your memory card. Copy all pictures in your computer HDD to be on safe side.

Possible solutions:
Remember you need to turn the camera on when transferring.
Try a different USB outlet
Try a different cable
Try a different computer.
If all fails please contact KODAK in order to arrange a repair or order a new cable. Remember your USB cable is covered under the same warranty as your camera, so remember your serial number when calling:

1. Uninstall Easy Share software:
2. Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs.
   For Windows XP operating systems, select Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs.
3. Select Kodak Easy Share software.
4. Select Remove (or select Change, and then select Remove).
5. Run the Clear utility:
6. Visit the CLEAR Utility for Kodak Easy Share software Web page at www.kodak.com/go/clear
7. Click the Download button, and then follow the on-screen prompts.
8. After restarting your computer, visit the Kodak Easy Share software Web page at www.kodak.com/go/easysharesw and install the latest version of Easy Share software.

First start easy share program, than turn on camera, then plug in to usb

You need to update your Kodak Easy Share and your printer drivers or try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers .

The reason you are facing the problem is because the present drivers are not compatible with Publisher

keeps giving me message "printing error" (prints ok from camera) i have probably messed up every setting by now

My Kodak Easy Share 500 decided to only print 1/2 the photo today.  For over 1 year it has worked just fine.  Any ideas?
