Sony KV 27FS16 TV does not power on

To turn the PIP feature ON and OFF press the button marked PIP on the remote contro. Each press will get it vanished and reappear. OK.

This problem is caused by a shorted Horizontal Output Transistor. I would suggest that you have this TV checked by a qualified TV technician. This type of problem requires dealing with dangerous voltages, and repair should only be attempted by a trained technician.

there is an apparatu use to degauss the color of tv, usually technician has.but ,if you don't have that apparatu, you can use the magnet of the speaker by placing it nearer the screen and moving it from left to right...

the main power supply for ur tv is bad also the horizontal output , need to take to a repair shop , this is a major job

Only 3 things bad Flyback transfomer,bad picture tube ,shorted hori output transistor. more then likely you have a bad picture tube,ive already throwed over 20 sets out due to bad tubes.

Why dvd sound does not play on sony str-dg510?

if the set has a previous vertical line problem and a white horizental line only comes in the cross of the screen and you turned the tv on for a time while the problem is solved that mean you have make a burnt line to the screen , but if you are the tv owner and nothing of that happens so you have a problem in faulty dried capaciter in the vertical live part search for 33uf 160 v or 22u 160 v and alter regards please don't forget to rate thx
