Hi! Sorry to hear of this issue! There are a few steps you can do to diagnose the issue. If these steps do not work, let me know and I can suggest other steps or which part you may need to order.

Follow the steps below to ensure power is properly supplied to the printer:
Check the power module part number against the part number listed in the User?s Guide to ensure the proper power adapter is being used.
Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet.
Disconnect the printer data cable from the printer.
Disconnect the power cord from the printer, wait thirty seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Reconnect the power cord directly into a working wall outlet. If the power cord was plugged into a surge protector or power strip, plug the power cord directly into a wall outlet instead.
If the printer still will not turn on, plug the printer into a wall outlet in another room. If the printer turn on when connected to an electrical outlet in another room, there is a problem with the power in the original room.
If there is still no power to the printer, then the power cord or printer may be defective. Try the power cord on another HP
Deskjet or Photosmart printer to see if the power cord is functioning.
If the power cord does not work on the other printer, it is defective. Replace the power cord.
If the power cord works on the other printer, then this printer is defective. Service your printer.
If another printer is not available to test with, carefully inspect the power cord for damage.
Inspect the power cord for visible damage. If the power cord is damaged, replace the power cord first. If this does not resolve the issue, or if the power cord looks fine, then service your printer.
Again, if these steps do not work for you and the issue is still present, then the printer will need a specific part - and I can tell you how to order, install, etc, so that you can do the repairs yourself! =)
