Power off the machine, ensure the sub power switch is on that is the one on the control panel, now hold down the utility/counter button and turn on main power switch, wait to see trouble reset on screen the touch get OK then power off. Wait 10 second power on. if code comes back replace the fuser unit do not reset again or the machine can catch on fire the code you are resetting is for the fuse the HOT Part, that could ruin a perfectly good day
Sir/Mam,
Turn off the main power switch, ensure the sub power switch is on. The sub power switch is located on the right side of the control panel. Then holding down the Utility/Counter button turn the main power switch on. Close the front door you must keep the Utility button down. The screen will show TROUBLE RESET touch it sees a "OK" then power off the machine. YOU MUST WAIT TEN SECONDS BEFORE POWERING UP AGAIN!!!!!! If the problem goes away OK. If the code comes back, you need a Fusing unit Which will be expensive!!! Sorry :( DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET THE MACHINE! THE MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!! A Fire could occur and that would ruin a perfectly good day!!!!
Have the fusing unit replaced. One attempt only to reset if you continue to get the code the machine can catch on fire! That would ruin a perfectly good day. If the code comes back after this procedure have a qualified Konicaminolta Service tech look at it.. First power off the machine with both switches. Wait 10 second turn on the switch inside the machine then holding down the Utility/Counter button turn on the second power switch on the control panel keep the utility /Counter button down until you get Trouble reset then touch get a OK then power off the machine wait ten seconds power back on.
this probably happened first thing in the morning when turned on lets try to reset power the machine off using the switch inside the front door not the one on the panel now press and hold utility button down and turn machine on keep the utility button pressed until the trouble reset light comes on press the trouble reset it should flash ok now using the switch inside the door power the unit off wait about thirty seconds and power back on this should fix the problem if not you will need a tech to come out good luck
Turn the machine off
Now press the stop button on the panel.
Now turn the machine ON.
Do not release the button until the machine reset and code is removes.
Release the button when you see the code is removed and basic panel is shown.
Your not giving enough information. But i would make sure that the interface cable between the optics and the print engine are intact. Its the fat cable with the high density pins on the right side of the machine near the back. (external) Make sure this is reseated, otherwise you will be tearing into control boards.
