Check the AC power for the machine.The power should be 120VAC +-10%. Make sure it has its own dedicated power and not sharing power with any other device. If the power checks to be good, follow the steps below.
Perfrom a Printer Reset. A Printer Reset can be done by:
1. Enter Service Mode by pressing the ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS key, then the # key.
2. Scroll through the menu using the arrow keys to the left or right of the SET key.
3. Find #7PRINTER and press the SET key.
4. While in the the #7 PRINTER menu, use the arrow keys and find #4PRINTER RESET and press thre SET key.
5. A selection of either YES or NO will appear, use the arrow key to the LEFT of the Set key to select YES.
6. After YES has been properly selected, unplug the machine and plug it back in.
Following these steps can reset this code

2-thermal switch(reset it)by pressing on it.

Error000

This error means that the Fixing heater is not working. It has not reached operating temperature after a specified time. It has probably blown the heater element.
You will need a trained technician to repair this.
E000 errors will not clear until the fault has been rectified and then reset by a technician. This is to prevent any fire risk.

Symptom E002/E000/E003/E261/E733: due to AC line noise. Description E002/E000/E003/E261/E733 occur due to AC line noise.
If the above error codes are frequently recorded in the error log, they might concern AC line noise. Cause When the machine tries to detect a Zero-cross signal of AC line, it will fail if a noise occurred around the zero-cross point. Since the fixing temperature is controlled based on the zero-cross signal, there is a possibility that the fixing temperature could not rise properly if a noise occurs several times. Field Remedy Replace the Switching Regulator PCB ***'y with a new one.

220V/240V: FH3-2614
The circuit has been modified to resist a noise. REMEDY Caution
 Press (* then 2 and 8 together then *)you are in service mode monitor:

The Screen on Canon Image Runner says E000 - can't make copies

Your Fuser just went , Call you Canon independent or Authrized dealer, he will need to go into the simulation to reset this error. Usually E000 is either a fuser or fuser web error. I'll need to look this up in the service manual. most likely you'll need a quailify technician to reset this error code.
