you can try to power off and back on to see if this works. This can be a software issue if repowering doesn't help

The manual on page 144 says this about LL codes:

When the self-diagnosis code C-81 displays, an internal problem has occurred with the HT system and will require service. Click the Repair & Status link on this page for available service...

this is tiny device and no one ll be dare to fix it. Even if they take for service thy ll make you agree that they are not responsible for damage done during the service. If you have guarantee get the replacement otherwise I am sorry :(
