Squealing noise powering up in TTM-2401 Polaroid TV

After turning on the above TV we are getting a high pitched squealing noise. This squeal goes higher and lower in volum . TV is 3 years old and out of warranty.

    don't know what they mean and we don't get any black lines, just a squeal that doesn't stop unless you turn it off.

Its a different model number but this should be your fix...

    Thats exactly what I had, just the squeal. The back come off easily, its like 20 screws and then it lifts off. Take it off and the power board is at the top of the tv. Look for two caps thats should be a little pushed out on top, if they are thats you problem and am 99% sure it is.
